Review: SMAZEY THC seltzer

I was a little worried that the 10 mg SMAZEY THC seltzer might be gone before I could write this review after the state cracked down on illegal high-dose THC products (illegal being more than 5 mg per serving) in December. But apparently 10 mg drinks are still somehow A-OK, so let’s get into it.

This might be the fastest acting THC beverage I’ve tried so far. Other beverages under similar conditions took quite a bit longer to hit, but the SMAZEY was hitting just as I was washing out the can for recycling. So, 30 minutes after the first sip and maybe two minutes after the final sip. Nice.

A slow build ensued, which lasted about 50 minutes, before I hit peak buzz roughly 1:20 after the first sip. With this being a 10 mg dose, I was expecting early Friday night caliber tripping and that’s exactly what I got. Not quite irresponsible for a Thursday night, but close. I was very pleased.

I climbed into bed at the 3:30 mark and I was still at peak buzz. A late snack of expensive chocolate may have given the THC an extra boost. These were ideal testing conditions and food accompaniments. Someone eating a salad with a can of SMAZEY probably won’t get same results, but we certainly can’t blame SMAZEY for that.

This is the THC version of malt liquor. You drink one of these babies and you’re good for several hours. Drink two and brace for a fun, if slightly messy evening.
